Payments/Checkouts

Shipping

            * Our used auto parts are usually shipped using USPS
            * We will usually ship the used auto parts the same day or the next day after receiving payment but allow 1-3 days
            * We ship our used items to the US, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada
* Shipping to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii are not guaranteed and shipping to these locations will be shipped USPS Priority Mail only
* Our new items are usually shipped within 3-5 days directly from the suppliers location but allow up to 10 days
            * Most all new and refurbished items can only be shipped to the lower 48 US States

International/Outside of U.S. Buyers

We ship internationally via United States Post Office - please see USPS-Service Update for limits to shipping.

Know your local laws, and do not order anything that is illegal to import.

Buyer is responsible for all customs, taxes, and internal domestic charges levied by your particular country.

We will fill out the customs documents with the correct price on the invoice.

Returns

             * Used Auto Parts----refunds allowed providing the purchased items is returned within 14 days from date of
                                receiving the item. Buyer pays Shipping cost of return and item must be received in good
      condition.

             * New and Refurbished-----Most of these items are returnable for replacement, repair, or cash refund. Refunds/Exchanges may take up to 3
   weeks to process. Buyer must notify seller of intent to seek a return or exchange within 48 hours after having
   received the purchased item. There is a charge of 25% of purchase price for all returns.
